Julep

Named after the famous Southern States cocktail, Julep is a hidden gem just off Long Street. It’s a place where old world meets new; with the original old stone wall running along the side of the bar and a modern glass partition in the centre. This quirky bar is full of life with a young arty crowd dining on delicate tapas and sipping divine cocktails. Showcasing all sorts of hot young musical talent, be warned that Julep gets rather crowded on the weekends. It may be small, but it’s definitely one of Cape Town’s most hip and happening spots!
